1. Scope of Services
ARIA Medical Arts is a medical travel facilitation agency. We help you plan your trip and connect with qualified, licensed doctors and clinics.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical care is performed independently by your chosen providers.
2. No Guarantees
Every person’s body, recovery, and results are unique. ARIA Medical Arts cannot and does not guarantee specific medical outcomes.
3. Payments
Medical fees are paid directly to your doctor or clinic.
ARIA Medical Arts charges only a coordination fee for arranging and supporting your trip.
4. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ARIA Medical Arts’ total liability is limited to the amount of its coordination fee.
We are not responsible for any complications, dissatisfaction, or damages related to the care or services provided by independent medical professionals.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect only the personal information needed to organize your medical travel and connect you with licensed providers.
Sensitive materials (such as health details, photos, or videos) are received only through encrypted platforms like Jotform and Tresorit/ProtonDrive.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized team members.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside of the providers and services you authorize.
Your information is stored only as long as needed for coordination (up to 12 months) and then securely deleted.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting care@ariamedicalarts.com.
By using our services, you consent to this process.
6. Travel & Emergencies
Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance and emergency medical coverage. ARIA Medical Arts can recommend options but does not manage or cover emergency medical expenses.
7. Communication & Boundaries
Our team facilitates communication between you and your providers but does not influence or participate in medical decisions. All follow-up care and clinical advice come directly from your doctor.
