Data Security Policy
We collect only the personal information needed to arrange your travel and connect you with licensed medical providers.
Sensitive materials (including health information, photos, and videos) are received only through encrypted platforms (Jotform and Tresorit/ProtonDrive).
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized team members.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside of the providers and services you consent to.
Your information is kept only as long as needed for coordination (maximum 12 months) and then securely deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at care@ariamedicalarts.com
